My work combines leadership development, executive coaching, and management consulting to help individuals and teams achieve their personal and professional aspirations. I believe every innovative leader needs a thought partner and a coach to help them maximize their capabilities and be the best human they can be.
My background: I have an MBA from Harvard and was a Partner at Monitor Group, Prophet and Deloitte, as well as SVP of Strategy and Chief Marketing Officer for Fidelity Investments. I have closely collaborated with the leading thinkers in business (Michael Porter, David Aaker) and led hundreds of business strategy and growth acceleration initiatives for Fortune 10o business executives.
During my successful 35-year career, I was always most passionate about helping individuals reach their potential and live their purpose.
